Abstract

This preprint presents a measurement-centric framework for investigating possible state-dependent mean force shifts in phase-controlled multi-module systems. The work focuses on observable definition, statistical detection, artifact modeling, and simulation-based sensitivity analysis, while explicitly avoiding claims of propulsion, conservation law violation, or new physical forces. The framework is formulated as a falsifiable pre-experimental methodology for controlled investigation of weak force-statistical deviations in coupled dynamical systems.
