This paper proceeds from the three physical laws established in The Physical Laws of Life's Origin—Neutralization Destiny, Memory Inertia, and Electrochemical Lift—to present a rigorous physical derivation of the heart, a key organ of carbon-based life. The heart is not a "pump" fortuitously selected by evolution, but the dissipation center that was geometrically preordained at the very moment of energy injection into the carbon-based multicellular system. When a vesicle aggregate forms, each vesicle charges toward the exterior—that is the direction of energy injection; each vesicle discharges toward the interior—that is the geometric destination of dissipation. The point where all discharge arrows converge passively becomes the dissipation source. The high-frequency charge convergence at this source undergoes synchronization through inertial selection, forming a central pulse—the dissipation source becomes the origin of rhythm. The heart is not a savior summoned by crisis; it is the dissipation inevitability built in at the very moment of energy injection, enforced by physical law in the carbon-based multicellular system. This paper derives from the three laws the passive preordainment of the heart, the formation of the central pulse, the physical mechanism of sinoatrial node pacing, the electrical essence of the cardiac cycle, the directional topological consequences for arteries and veins, the Neutralization Destiny dynamics of heart failure, and the inertial decay curve of the aging heart. All derivations are completed within the unified framework of the Life Force Equation, Ψ = E + M − N. On this foundation, this paper further demonstrates that the heart and the brain constitute a physical division of labor within the carbon-based power grid between a conservative and an opportunist: the heart uses Type II topology approaching maximum inertia to shield against contingency, ensuring the engine never loses power; the brain uses Type I networks distributed throughout dense nodes to catch contingency, expanding the upper bound of evolution. Together they constitute the complete physical pathway from contingency to necessity. To eliminate any residual doubt, this paper designs test protocols executable under current technological conditions for each deduction.
