This paper presents a radical shift in understanding the origin and nature of energy through the Unified Energy Exchange Theory (UEET). Unlike the Standard Model, which treats the matter-antimatter asymmetry as a secondary cosmological phenomenon , UEET posits that this asymmetry is the fundamental mechanism of energy manifestation itself, responsible for all phenomena and forces, as defined by the formula E=(1-a)mc2. In this framework, physical reality is a continuous process of energy exchange between opposing states of matter and antimatter that overlap at very high frequencies. According to this model, the Big Bang is not a singular event of creation from nothing, but a moment in a cyclic process of energy exchange. The process begins with the first magnetic pulse resulting from the annihilation of the previous cycle. This pulse captures energy quanta in magnetic traps, creating micro-passages or wormholes (nodes) that allow matter and antimatter to coexist in an asymmetrical overlap without total annihilation. Space emerges as a tetrahedral network of nodes, where each node is the fundamental unit of oscillating energy with dimensions defined at the Planck scale. Time is defined as a direct consequence of this process, representing the total count of completed oscillation cycles. A key premise of the work is that the asymmetry factor (a) is a universal spatial constant for all particles and space, but it is dynamic and decreases over time. As the system moves toward a state of new symmetry (a = 0), oscillations and time will cease, leading to a new annihilation and the triggering of the next cyclic Big Bang.
