This paper presents the Pythagorean Frustum Unified System (PFUS) V13.0, an axiomatically constructed cosmic generation model based on coaxial double-cone frustum geometry and deterministic dimensional evolution 1→5→11. The framework avoids the initial singularity paradox, provides closed mathematical expressions for cosmic states, and is compatible with general relativity, quantum dimensionality, and 11-dimensional M-theory. PFUS V13.0 naturally explains cosmic flatness, homogeneity, large-scale structure, and self-similarity without fine-tuning. Three observationally falsifiable predictions are proposed for future tests.
