Actualisation Theory V5.0 (Update April 2026) This paper presents Actualisation Theory, a conceptual framework proposing that the quantum vacuum and spacetime geometry are not fundamental, but emergent. Spacetime arises from the irreversible actualisation of probability waves at a non-local interface, characterized by a fundamental Pi-Metric. Version 5.0 Update: This updated version transitions the framework into a kinematic model (the Cylinder-Cone Model). Time is defined as the forward movement of "The Ground" relative to the Boundary at the speed of light (c). The Ground's intrinsic rotation introduces a fundamental cosmic Torsion, creating a structured Vacuum Anisotropy and shaping particles into hydrodynamic vortices. Furthermore, the model offers a geometric explanation for cosmic expansion and reframes Dark Matter as the topological "Antifield" of complement-folds. This theoretical foundation is supplemented by a separate record containing formal experimental predictions (see Related Identifiers).
