Abstract

This version (v4) includes a corrected and manually verified dataset based on the original SPARC catalog. The update resolves spreadsheet inconsistencies present in v3 due to data import and formatting issues. The revised analysis provides a cleaner empirical basis for the DME framewor and identifies both improvements over Newtonian predictions and limitations in gas - dominated systems. Future work will extend the analysis to galaxy groups and enviromental effects on the structural parameter k(r).
