This preprint develops a conceptual pre-geometric model, the Quantum-Resonance Lattice (QRL), in which spacetime is represented as a three-dimensional cubic lattice of filamentary multi-channel waveguides. A fundamental spectral resonance parameter λ₀ = 766. 490 nm is introduced, corresponding to a resonant quantum energy Eᵣes ≈ 1. 6176 eV. The Hamiltonian of the system is formulated, cell multiplicity for elementary particles is calculated, and the model is compared with string theory. Information density at collapse is evaluated relative to the Bekenstein–Hawking bound. Testable predictions are discussed.
