This document presents the Rotational Substrate Field Theory (RSFT), Unified Coherent Edition v21, authored by Anthony James Bell in April 2026. The theory proposes a unified physical framework based on only two primitives—the substrate wave speed (c) and the electron mass (mₑ) —with zero free parameters. RSFT posits that the universe is an infinite field of sub-Planck touching points that spontaneously self-organize into a face-centered cubic (FCC) lattice, where particles emerge as topological vortex defects. The v21 edition introduces several new first-principles derivations, extending the theory to account for 77 independent observables. Key highlights include: Muon Anomalous Magnetic Moment: A two-loop closure using substrate torsion that reduces the gap between theory and experiment. CKM Matrix: Derivation of quark mixing parameters (Euler angles and the CP-violating phase) from Hopf braiding phases within the FCC lattice. Proton Lifetime: An exact lower bound (> 10^11956 years) derived from Oₕ instanton suppression. Neutrino Mass: Calculation of the absolute neutrino mass sum (6. 137 meV) from the Debye phonon condensate of the "Bell’s Medium". Dark Matter: Identification of dark matter as a super-Planck mass quasiparticle originating from the dispersion of the substrate phonon field.
