This preprint develops the Quantum-Resonance Lattice (QRL) model, in which spacetime is represented as a three-dimensional cubic lattice of filamentary multi-channel waveguides. A fundamental spectral resonance parameter λ₀ = 766.490 nm is derived from fundamental constants and the golden ratio. The Lagrangian density is formulated, cell multiplicity for elementary particles is calculated, and the model is compared with string theory. Information density at collapse is evaluated relative to the Bekenstein–Hawking bound.
