V.3 This document presents a preliminary conceptual and simulation-based chemistry framework developed within Dual Network Theory (Rachel Theory – RT), including the Law of Compromise and the Law of Periodicity. The work explores the possibility that molecular geometry and structural stability may emerge dynamically from constrained interaction processes rather than from rigid predefined geometric enforcement alone. Preliminary RT-based simulations investigated: • water-like structures,• carbon-dioxide-like structures,• polyethylene-like polymer systems,• and benzene-like cyclic configurations. Observed behaviors included: • spontaneous periodic organization,• bounded interaction regions,• recovery after perturbed initialization,• and persistence of stable zigzag-like configurations under repeated seed and perturbation tests. The framework is presented as an exploratory and simulation-supported research direction only and does not yet constitute experimental physical validation or a complete quantitative replacement for existing quantum-chemical approaches. The author is open to limited scientific collaboration, peer review discussion, and exploratory research communication regarding selected aspects of the framework.
