This record presents Finite Distinguishability Closure (FDC), a self-contained mathematical framework for deriving finite structural readouts from a closed distinguishability calculus. The paper is intentionally non-physical in scope. It does not identify the readouts with physical constants, does not cite external physical theories, and does not rely on any ontological or interpretational framework. The only object of the paper is the internal finite structural calculus itself. Within this calculus, the same finite structural inventory yields the following four numerical readouts: PhiG = 137. 035999165800480823. . . Psi₁ = 1836. 152673436267. . . Psi₂ = 206. 768283284455. . . Psi₃ = 3477. 151458954826. . . The record also includes `fdcᵣeadouts. py`, a short Python script reproducing these four values from the structural formulae. The script contains no fitted real-valued parameters. This version is uploaded as an archival priority record for the current FDC formulation.
