This paper challenges the probabilistic hegemony of modern particle physics by introducing a deterministic engineering framework for the proton. We demonstrate that atomic structure is governed by a strict computational audit where the "=" sign acts as the greatest equalizer, enforcing a state of zero-error impedance.
