This paper establishes a complete fundamental physical framework based on discrete spacetime elemental units (U-units), achieving the unification of general relativity, quantum mechanics, thermodynamics, cosmology, and the Standard Model of particle physics. Starting from four Lorentzcovariant fundamental axioms, this framework resolves 12 core unsolved problems in modern physics, including black hole singularities, dark matter,dark energy, Hubble tension,and the black hole information paradox. It proposes 25 quantitatively falsifiable predictions (10 short-term,8 long-term, 7 supplementary), all of which are parameter-free and strictly consistent with the latest experimental data from international mainstream research collaborations (March-April 2026). This framework provides a self-consistent, experimentally verifiable new paradigm for fundamental physics with rigorous mathematical logic and clear physical connotation, suitable for permanent academic archiving and retrieval.
