Presents the EVR Gate (Epistemic Verification and Routing), a three-holon cascade that seals the epistemic boundary of BDI agents operating with LLM sensors. The three holons — FreshnessVerifier, SourceTriangulator, and ContradictionDetector — provide formal guarantees against stale, under-sourced, and contradictory beliefs before they reach the symbolic reasoning layer. Introduces the ECR (Epistemic Containment Rate) as a formal metric for hallucination containment. Includes the Emergent Detection Theorem: Pdetect (N) ≥ 1 - e^-λN. Implemented and validated in production as part of the MINERVA HADD architecture.
