Note on Version Control: Since previous versions contain preliminary hypotheses and descriptions that have been refined or removed during the current revision, it is strongly recommended to exclusively reference version v5 (or the current reproduction protocol). Earlier versions should no longer be distributed or downloaded. A preliminary version of the reproduction protocol for the methodical implementation is already available at the following link: https://youtu.be/r6KrKrgOJLU Foreword on the History of Origin: This study is the result of a scientific inquiry that has its roots in a personal experience in 1987 in Sacramento, California. As a direct eyewitness to an encounter with a non-human intelligence (NHI), I recognized in the documented UAP recordings from Kumburgaz (Yalman, 2008) in 2023 exactly that morphology – specifically the characteristic type of yellow glowing eyes – that I had observed from close proximity in 1987. Out of a sense of personal responsibility, I wish to place these observations on a verifiable, metric basis. The present work bridges the gap between subjective experience and objective data analysis, thereby contributing to the scientific foundation of the NHI topic. Although hypothetical considerations were refined and elaborated upon using results and calculations from modern AI-supported analysis tools, the identification of features, the methodical research questions, and the final interpretation are based on my own original work and direct observational experience. My goal is to provide NHI research with a verifiable reference protocol that goes beyond anecdotes. During the current period of change, it is necessary to establish a scientific, contemporary basis for a serious investigation of the NHI phenomenon. Abstract: The Measurement of a Paradox: Metric Validation of Non-Human Morphology: This study presents pioneering work in the quantitative analysis of anomalous phenomena. Based on the UAP recordings from Kumburgaz (2008), the author provides, for the first time, mathematical proof of a highly ordered image recording over a distance of approximately 3 km, which resembles a paradox. The cause for this stabilized morphology defies conventional explanatory models. Key Findings: Mathematical Precision: The geometric ratios analyzed within the image space (pupil-to-eyelid-margin ratio) document extreme metric stability with a standard deviation (SD) of 0.01. This value effectively rules out random artifacts or image errors and confirms the integrity of the observed entity. Physical Anomalies: Through the verification of a spherical-convex surface reflection equivalent (adjacent to the cornea analog) and the identification of active luminescence, the entity is classified as a "Constructed Biological Entity" (CBE) – a potential bio-technological hybrid (cyborg). Interdisciplinary Bridge: The work connects forensic metrology with direct observational experience (Sacramento, 1987). It transforms subjective eyewitness accounts (Yalman and Lacson) into an objectifiable, scientific reference protocol. This study serves as the foundation for an expanded, contemporary era of NHI research, in which anomalous features are no longer merely described but precisely measured. It provides the data basis for global, interdisciplinary validation.
