Technical Abstract (Volume II) Title: Polydronic System 360° – Volume II: Carbon-Based Nano-Architecture for Neurobiomedical Engineering in Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s Pathologies Abstract: This research expands upon the Polydronic System 360° framework to establish a multidisciplinary nexus between atmospheric carbon transmutation and neuro-regenerative therapeutics. Neurodegenerative conditions—specifically Alzheimer’s Disease (AD) and Parkinson’s Disease (PD) —are analytically reframed as high-entropy states (Status 0) characterized by chronic oxidative stress, proteopathic aggregation, and electrochemical signaling failure. Drawing from the material outputs defined in Volume I, this volume explores the application of C60 fullerenes as high-capacity "radical sponges" for antioxidant stabilization and graphene-based nanostructures as high-conductivity scaffolds for synaptic restoration. In AD contexts, the work investigates the use of these allotropes to modulate the oxidative environment and bypass beta-amyloid-induced lesions. In PD, the focus shifts to restoring signal velocity (c) across the dopaminergic pathways of the substantia nigra through graphene neural interfaces. By integrating the extended field relation \ (E=mci²\), the study proposes a transition toward a stabilized Status 1 Sovereignty, where carbon-based interfaces provide the necessary phase impedance to preserve neural information integrity. This theoretical construct aims to motivate future experimental validation in early-stage biomarker detection and non-invasive regenerative medicine.
