It specializes the domain-neutral PD foundation to the declared intelligence and computation regime and closes the Layer 2 obligations that the monograph defers to regime-extension space, on the declared admissible class and canonical completion branch. Volume Architecture Part I — Direct Reductions Five baseline intelligence-regime bridges established by direct specialization of the PD foundation: Typed dynamics reduction (Ch 2): typed CTE on the multi-slot state with hard-gate forward invariance, energy dissipation, and slot-balance laws. Memory and gating (Ch 3): cue-stable retrieval, boundary fragility law, hallucination definition, adversarial margin, recovery certificates. Semantic projection (Ch 4): projection descent, ghost-pruned emission, symbolic descent to symbolic normal form, compositional semantics, data-processing inequality. Learning reduction (Ch 5): one-step learning descent, predictive transport, local admissible planning, regret bounds. World-model integration (woven through Ch 5 and Ch 12): predictive state and evidence channel. Part II — Structural Closure Six closure targets proved on the declared admissible component: Target A — Low-order representational universality (Ch 6–8): admissible functionals, coarsening semigroup, low-order universality with explicit convergence rate. Target B — Canonical representation capture (Ch 9): finite-time entry into and persistence within the canonical domain under contraction and boundary-radius hypotheses. Target C — Analytic-symbolic bridge uniqueness (Ch 10): unique admissible semantic functor compatible with ghost filtration and compositionality. Target D — Learning-as-coarsening closure (Ch 11): generalization, overfitting, and hallucination phase law from the coarsening flow. Target E — World-model and planning bridge (Ch 12): constructive predictive transport, bounded rollout defect, problem-gap closure. Target F — Governance and safe recursion (Ch 13): unique admissible gate stack, corrigibility, override completeness, safe recursion under governed self-edit, scope closure. Global integration (Ch 14): one-datum theorem, layer-wise non-conflict, global consistency, non-conflict with the monograph, declared-scope closure. Part III — Branch-Qualified Quantitative Closure Reduces the quantitative problem to a finite-dimensional coefficient space and forces all sectors onto the canonical branch: Coefficient forcing and finite moduli (Ch 15): rigidity criterion, finite-moduli normal form, open stability. Canonical branch datum (Ch 16): branch existence and common-source theorem. Sector rigidity theorems (Ch 17–21): capacity, hallucination threshold, world-model, planning, governance — each rigid as a branch functional of the normalized datum. One-datum ceiling and obstruction trichotomy (Ch 22). Normalization problem (Ch 23): equivalence of normalization approaches, monotone, -stability. Endpoint sign theorem (Ch 24): unconditional safe-recursion normalization. Branch-qualified quantitative cognitive closure (Ch 25). Part IV — Deeper Sectors Multi-agent and institutional completion (Ch 26): institutional rigidity, tool rigidity, collective admissibility. Branch universality (Ch 27): universality on the declared comparison neighborhood, ambiguity bound, internal verdict. Governance systems (Ch 28): governance-constitution reduction, deployment-class trichotomy, override completeness. Scientific discovery (Ch 29): discovery-loop admissibility, frontier descent, embodied reduction. Alternative-branch exclusion (Ch 30): minimal failure certificates. Part V — Benchmarks and Boundary Benchmark protocol (Ch 31): Layer 3 specification of benchmark rows, evaluator interface, and concordance logic. Not executed in this volume. Claim boundary and falsification windows (Ch 32): explicit claims, explicit non-claims, falsification channels, internal consistency, remaining open burden, final claim discipline. Appendices A. Provenance and source chain (monograph imports, deferred-obligation discharge map). B. Dependency graph (acyclic structure of the theorem stack). C. Theorem-first qualification (assumption matrix, burden table, standing-assumption satisfiability). D. Benchmark packet template (Layer 3 deposit specification). E. Standard results catalog (analysis, ODE/PDE, optimization, category theory, probability/information theory). F. Proof details (technical lemmas, perturbation estimates, alignment-tax scaling). G. Glossary. H. Worked computations (example applications and parameter scans). What This Volume Does Not Claim Completed external benchmark evaluation of the canonical branch. Consciousness, subjectivity, sentience, or phenomenal-experience claims. Universal moral truth or value theory independent of the declared governance package. Elimination of hallucination (in the technical sense or otherwise) under arbitrary conditions. Universality outside the declared admissible class or comparison neighborhood. Quantitative predictions for arbitrary deployed systems independent of branch membership. Benchmark execution and external audit are routed to Layer 3 and Layer 4 work in the program architecture. Operational instantiation, mixed embodied–social regimes beyond the declared comparison neighborhood, and public/legal institutionalization of oversight architectures are routed to downstream operational work.
