This work presents the complete analytical architecture of Unifying Informational Dynamics (UID), describing physical reality as the emergence of a discrete relational lattice based on the SU(2) × U(1) bundle. By integrating kinematic foundations with geometric topology, we solve the genesis of fundamental constants through a Topological Bootstrap: the vacuum impedance α₀⁻¹ analytically determines the stiffness κ, eliminating logical circularity. Using the neutron mass mₙ and the gravitational constant G as the sole phenomenological anchors to calibrate the absolute lattice scale (l₀), we demonstrate that gravity, inertia, neutron decay, and the mass hierarchy emerge rigorously as topological and variational consequences of a single discrete relational lattice. Thanks to the Topological Bootstrap and unitary calibration, the framework is closed and free of free parameters beyond the single scale l₀.
