Based on the finalized theoretical achievements of the Pythagorean Frustum Unified System PFUS V14. 0 Second Edition and the Unified Four‑Dimensional Mathematics V6. 0 Third Edition, this thesis establishes an axiomatically complete, structurally fully closed, and logically gapless unified deterministic prediction and verification system. The system follows a standardized five‑step process in strict order: ontological prior mapping, observational state identification, structural likelihood operation, closed posterior judgment, and deterministic result output. It completely replaces traditional probabilistic statistics, empirical fitting and random hypotheses with four‑dimensional spiral arithmetic and unique assignment rules. All research objects are uniquely mapped to the four‑dimensional structural unit ₄F, and yield exclusive, unambiguous, non‑probabilistic and non‑fuzzy deterministic results within the closed set ₄F, 1, 0, 1°. This paper conducts a comprehensive comparative analysis with Bayesian inference, traditional statistical prediction and the quantum uncertainty principle, and systematically explains the ontological and geometric origins of the global operator β₁, wave–particle duality, observational collapse and quantum correlation.
