Quantum Structural Theory of Harmony (QSTH 8. 2) presents the verification and operational window of the Mendeleev Audit Atlas. It follows QSTH 8. 1 by translating the atlas of admissibility into gate protocols, test windows, null tests, reproducible audit procedures and PASS / FAIL / INCONCLUSIVE states. The central role of QSTH 8. 2 is not to add another ontological layer, but to convert the ontological map into operational discipline. It develops OMEG as a prototype gate engine, introduces the Sₑff Horizon Anchor as an operational anchor of entropic viability, translates the Locking Bundle into verifiable observables, and frames the Light-Box as a safe laboratory analogue for coherence–noise–record transitions. Version v1. 2 adds a final methodological bridge toward future QSTH 8. 3 / 8. 4. It records hidden-order analogies, helical-layer candidates, Riemann/Weil-style admissibility hints, Lax equivalence discipline and carrier analogies from DNA and benzene only as SUPPORT / CAND / FUTURE FORMALIZATION. These additions do not promote the later geometric synthesis into the core of QSTH 8. 2; they define what future candidates must pass before being treated as stronger than CAND. QSTH 8. 2 therefore serves as a methodological bridge between QSTH 8. 1, the atlas of admissibility, and future QSTH 8. 3 / 8. 4, where improbable admissibility, the second shore, the Condensation Hexagon and helical dimensional settlement may be developed further.
