We present a programmatic formulation for a unified field theory within the Quantum Diffusion (QD) framework, based on an effective manifold of 12 dimensions and the introduction of topological diffusivity as an additional dynamical degree of freedom. The central hypothesis is that observable physics in 3+ 1 dimensions does not exhaust the geometric structure of the universe, but rather emerges as an effective regime of a richer geometry, in which curvature, internal connections, and diffusivity gradients jointly participate in the dynamics of matter and fields. In this formulation, gravity is associated with the macroscopic metric sector, while gauge interactions and certain effects collectively attributed to dark matter or vacuum structure are reinterpreted as manifestations of the geometry and informational transport of the subspace. The aim of this text is not to declare a definitive theory, but to propose a unified ansatz sufficiently explicit to be refined, confronted with known limits, and, eventually, falsified.
