Deliverable 6.3 Updated Dissemination and Communication

This document is part of the Communication, Dissemination and Exploitation work package - WP6. The Dissemination and Communication Plan (DC – Deliverable (D) 6.1) introduced the overall engagement approach that CYCLOPES is following throughout the project. This document (Deliverable 6.3) is an update to the initial Dissemination and Communication Plan. The DC Plan ensures efficient internal and external communications, as well as proper dissemination activities. The detailed plan recognises a variety of audiences and their respective needs and special interests. This is to ensure that the targeted audiences will be apprised of the most pertinent results stemming from the project. To realise maximum benefits from the project’s achievements, audiences are encouraged to be actively involved with the project itself. This plan describes the means and the key messages necessary to approach relevant stakeholders in an appropriate way, as well as how to maintain continuity of the relationship between them and the CYCLOPES consortium. The DC Plan is updated periodically (every 1.5 years) after its creation. The follow up of the DC Plan will track dissemination progress and provide additional direction and clarification to the activities according to the identified needs. Communication and dissemination activities are also efficiently linked with exploitation activities of the project and the DC Plan is updated together with the Exploitation Plan (EP). This is the first update to the DC Plan and it is supported by the 1st Midterm Project Dissemination Impact Assessment Report (Deliverable 6.2).
