Statistical power: P2 testable at N~100 (single clinical site), P5 at N~300, P3 at N~1000, P1 at N~3000, P4 at N~30000 (epidemiological). Two-Stage Design: Stage 1 cross-sectional parameter estimation (N~700); Stage 2 longitudinal P2/P5 testing.
