This paper presents the Meta-State Cosmological Model, a supplementary extension to the standard ΛCDM framework developed through first-principles logical deduction. The model proposes a dualistic ontological foundation—Ji-Kong (Primordial Spatial Pole) and Ji-You (Primordial Energetic Pole)—whose interaction gives rise to a Chaotic Void, within which statistical mechanics drives the condensation of Singularities. These Singularities, upon reaching critical instability, unfold into Rule-Walls—conversion interfaces that continuously transform external chaotic energy into the ordered mass-energy of an expanding Bubble Universe. This framework provides unified explanations for a range of observational phenomena, including the KBC void, the Great Attractor, ultra-high-energy cosmic rays, primordial supermassive black holes, and the sustained non-thermal equilibrium of the universe. Within the observable universe, the model reduces to the Friedmann equations and shares equivalent core predictions with ΛCDM. It further proposes two testable predictions with clearly specified falsification conditions. The model is presented as a conceptual framework at the stage of logical consolidation, with formalization and numerical simulation reserved for subsequent work. Its cognitive boundaries are explicitly acknowledged throughout.
