AbstractThis paper presents a conceptual framework for the unification of physics, proposing the universe as a dynamic, multi-dimensional energy field () governed by wave dynamics. Addressing the persistent rift between quantum mechanics and general relativity, this model eliminates the need for additional dimensions or string theory by deriving all fundamental forces, particles, and cosmological phenomena from a single mechanism: wave interference and phase orientation. Central to the theory is a critical energy density threshold (T), which distinguishes visible matter (E > T) from dark matter (E < T). Fundamental forces emerge as constructive and destructive interference patterns, while quantization arises from stable resonant phase harmonics. Furthermore, the model redefines time not as an independent dimension, but as the rate of energy flow through a localized "umbilical cord" connecting massive particles to the base field, naturally explaining relativistic time dilation and mass inertia. The framework offers heuristic explanations for dark energy as phase desynchronization and provides a list of testable predictions, including the eventual decay of cosmic acceleration and specific interference patterns in large-scale galaxy distribution. This document serves as a conceptual foundation, inviting further mathematical formalization and numerical simulation to bridge the gap between microscopic quantum behavior and macroscopic gravitational dynamics.
