This paper proposes Status-Relational Entropy (SRE) Dynamics, a unified theoretical framework that identifies causal information flow as the fundamental ontological existence of the universe. By abandoning prior assumptions of a fixed spacetime background and fundamental time, this work demonstrates that spacetime, matter, and physical laws emerge from the topological structure and transmission order of information. Based on a minimal set of axioms and rigorous mathematical deduction, SRE Dynamics proves the logical self-consistency and compatibility of Special Relativity, General Relativity, and Quantum Mechanics (including the Schrödinger and Dirac equations) within a single framework. Furthermore, this paper provides a complete proof of the microscopic mechanism of optical dispersion from first principles, deriving the frequency-dependent refractive index directly from causal synchronization protocols and logical sampling constraints. This theory offers a self-consistent solution to the long-standing incompatibility between general relativity and quantum mechanics, providing a new foundational perspective for quantum gravity, intrinsic particle properties, and spacetime ontology.
