This project outlines the Type-T 2.0 Personality Assessment works. Personality are often best understood within a context, where face validity is maximized. The Type-T 2.0 scale is generalizable over a wide range of contexts and one article demonstrates this concept. However, these assessment are created in specific context to measure a person’s Thrill seeking level in an activity balanced with Boredom susceptibility and Self-Discipline, which is ideal in many industrial related activities. The article describes the concepts, need, and design of the primary assessment. Additionally, interventionary strategies, formative assessments, and evaluation tools are also presented.
