CareerSage: An AI-Powered Competitive Learning and Career Guidance Platform

CareerSage is an AI-powered competitive learning and career guidance platform designed to provide personalized roadmap generation, adaptive skill assessment, and real-time gamified learning experiences. The platform integrates NVIDIA LLaMA 3.1 8B for AI-driven roadmap generation, WebSocket-based one-versus-one quiz battles, ELO-based ranking, and social interaction features. The system uses Flask, MongoDB, Docker, Terraform, and GitHub Actions for scalable cloud deployment and automated CI/CD workflows. Performance evaluation demonstrates low-latency response times, effective caching, and positive usability feedback from student participants. This paper presents the architecture, implementation, evaluation, and limitations of the proposed system.
