This paper presents the Unified Energy Fabric Theory (UEFT), a five-dimensional theoretical framework from which both quantum behaviour and spacetime geometry emerge as limiting cases. UEFT is founded on a well-posed action principle — the Fabric Action — defined on a 5D Lorentzian manifold with a real scalar Energy Fabric Field Φ. All field equations are derived via the variational principle. The paper performs an explicit Kaluza-Klein dimensional reduction recovering the 4D Einstein equations, introduces a geometric torsion coupling motivated by the fabric field gradient, and proposes a dynamical relaxation mechanism addressing the cosmological constant problem. Fourteen quantitative, predictions are derived covering gravitational-wave polarisation asymmetry (LIGO), photon-ring asymmetry (ngEHT), CMB tensor-to-scalar ratio (LiteBIRD), 21-cm void statistics (SKA/HERA), and dark matter direct detection null results.
