The Harmonic Framework of Reality is founded on a single postulate: spacetime is a discrete frequency lattice – the Tau lattice – anchored at 27 Hz in our local 3D/4D frame. All physical phenomena, from subatomic particles to galactic clusters, from light to consciousness, are standing waves or harmonics of this lattice. The framework does not reject established physics; it completes it, by providing a unifying principle that has been missing for a century. This paper collects, for the first time in one place, the independent empirical evidence for the 27 Hz anchor. It also presents a curated selection of new evidence from domains that have not previously been connected to the framework (earthquake precursors, brainwave entrainment, acoustic and electrical engineering). An appendix lists many additional appearances, showing that the anchor is a cross‑domain constant measured in biology, geophysics, acoustics, materials science, neuroscience, military communications, space science, archaeoacoustics, and SETI.
