Abstract We present OntoTopology, a unified geometric framework in which physical reality emerges from a saturated, viscous, 12-dimensional field — the OntoField — rather than from an empty vacuum. Six foundational results are established, each numerically verified. (1) The OntoField possesses intrinsic impedance Z₀ ≈ 377 Ω; its discretised resonant states are indexed by the effective vortex winding number n, and the electromagnetic vacuum corresponds to n = 22. 000362. (2) The winding number formula α⁻¹ (n) = 2πn − π/16 − 1 reproduces α⁻¹ (22) = 137. 034 with 0. 0017% deviation from CODATA 2018 without fitted parameters, and unifies all four fundamental interactions on a single axis: strong (n ≈ 0. 350), weak (n ≈ 4. 90), electromagnetic (n = 22), gravitational (n → ∞). (3) The field conductivity limit C∞ = lim‖TN‖ ≈ 2. 6827, the spectral norm of the discretised Abel integral operator, prevents energy concentration and precludes singularities; verified numerically to 0. 002%. (4) The spectral stability gap Δ∞ = 0. 866 (R² = 0. 997) of the prime-number operator K̃ ensures the stepped vacuum remains discrete and ordered against GUE chaos. (5) A vortex in ℝ¹² is stable if and only if its two rotation axes form orthogonal bivectors: ⟨B₁, B₂⟩ = ½Tr (B₁ᵀB₂) = 0. The phase deficit δφ = π/16 = 11. 25° is the permanent deviation from exact orthogonality, identified as the geometric origin of electric charge. (6) An external magnetic field rotates the orbital bivector plane, modifying electron-capture probability in ⁷Be and ³⁷Ar — a testable experimental prediction. The cosmological constant problem is resolved: dark energy is the global sum of vortex phase deficits, Ω_Λ = 1/704 = 0. 142%, not a Planck-scale mode summation.
