Abstract This paper conducts an empirical analysis of natural stable systems spanning 42 orders of magnitude from (10^-11, m) to (10^31, m), and extracts a universal dynamical principle governing cosmic structures — the Two-Parameter Law. The study shows that all long-lived "core-orbiter" systems in nature, regardless of scale or interaction type (electromagnetic or gravitational), simultaneously satisfy two rigid conditions: core mass ratio (> 99%) and force balance constant (= Fₑ₄/F₀ₓₓ = 1). Based on this law, this paper establishes the Fractal Nested Universe Model, the Hierarchical Motion Freezing Principle, and the Hierarchical Growth Principle, demonstrating that microscopic particles, stellar systems, galaxies, and large-scale cosmic structures exhibit fractal characteristics of homology, isomorphism, and uniform laws. It proposes that the universe is essentially a self-growing, dynamically balanced, infinitely nested giant living system. Within this unified framework, long-standing physical puzzles such as quantum entanglement, dark matter, dark energy, cosmic microwave background, galaxy rotation curves, and cosmic expansion can be explained in a self-consistent and parsimonious manner. Supported by authoritative observational data, this work constructs a unified system of stability laws and evolutionary growth mechanisms from the quantum to the cosmic scale. 摘要 本文针对 (10^-11, m 10^31, m) 跨度42个数量级的自然稳定系统开展实证分析, 提炼出支配全域结构的普适动力学准则——双参数定律。研究表明: 自然界所有长期存续的“核心–绕行”体系, 无论尺度大小、无论电磁作用或引力作用, 均共同满足中心质量占比 (>99%) 与力平衡常数 (=Fₑ₄/F₀ₓₓ=1) 两大刚性条件。 基于该定律, 本文建立分形嵌套宇宙模型、层级运动冻结法则与层级生长法则, 论证微观粒子、恒星系统、星系及宇宙大尺度结构具备同源、同律、同构的分形特征, 提出宇宙本质为一套自主生长、动态平衡、无限嵌套的巨型生命体系统。依托统一理论框架, 量子纠缠、暗物质、暗能量、宇宙微波背景辐射、星系旋转曲线、宇宙膨胀等长期物理疑难均可得到自洽、无冗余假设的统一诠释。全文以多源权威观测数据为支撑, 完整构建从微观量子到宇观宇宙的统一稳定规律与演化生长体系。
