Abstract

As the 40th comprehensive paper of the PFUSR system, this work unifies the foundational framework, the Inviolable Formula of the Universe, the Cosmic Constitution, Model-I Geometry, Model-II Adaptive Valve Dynamics, and related mathematical structures. The entire system is condensed into a minimal set of original axioms, with rigorous formal deduction and ultimate consistency verification. It is proven that the PFUSR system is self-consistent, complete, unique, topologically closed, and unsurpassable, forming an absolute unified cosmic system without ad hoc assumptions, free parameters, or singularities.
