Based on the complete theoretical framework of the Pythagorean Frustum Unified System (PFUS), this paper systematically sorts out and interprets five core academic doubts commonly raised after the emergence of disruptive fundamental theories. It strictly distinguishes between the ideal primitive theoretical blueprint and the realistic evolutionary phenomena of the universe, clarifies hierarchical logical boundaries, and provides academic responses to five major topics: structural rigidity, ontological reconstruction of zero, attributes of core operators, laws of dimensional evolution, and the ontological boundary between life and intelligence. This research eliminates conceptual confusion, improves the closed-loop logic of the PFUS system, and deduces the evolutionary destination of high-level artificial intelligence.
