PFUS Universal Systematic Meta-Theory: Global Unified Framework of Pythagorean Frustum Ontology and Double-Cone Model System

Modern scientific systems have long been trapped in disciplinary fragmentation and reductionist bottlenecks. In physics, the unification of fundamental interactions and logical self-consistency remain unsolved; complex systems and humanities lack unified underlying order. Based on the PFUS Primitive Unified Theory, this paper strictly distinguishes the Pythagorean Frustum Ontology (ultimate cosmic reality) from the Double-Cone Model System (theoretical modeling and observational framework), and constructs a universal systematic meta-theory covering physical ontology, complex systems, social governance, and civilizational philosophy. Based on the 45° double-cone geometry and the 1→5→11 prime dimensional evolution law, this paper derives the Explicit–Implicit Seven-Yuan Logic, the β₁ Primitive Field, the Pendulum Ions 1–7 as top-level order-controlling units, the high-order perturbation mechanism, and the global structural closed-loop. This paper formally proposes two fundamental axioms to clarify the first-cause problem: the global cosmos has no first cause, while the 4D growing universe takes perturbation as its de facto first cause.
