Aiming at the core dilemmas in contemporary theoretical physics: the difficulty in unifying quantum mechanics and general relativity, and the lack of direct experimental verification for the cold dark matter hypothesis, this paper proposes a brand-new ultimate background wave field theory. Taking the universal spin-0 scalar background wave field as the fundamental physical quantity of the universe, this theory constructs a complete unified theoretical system covering microscopic quantum interactions and macroscopic cosmic gravity, based on Lagrangian variational principle, spontaneous symmetry breaking and renormalizable quantum field theory. Without introducing the dark matter hypothesis, this theory perfectly explains key astronomical observations such as galactic rotation curve anomalies, gravitational lensing, and cosmic microwave background radiation power spectrum through the density gradient and hierarchical excitation effects of the background wave field. Meanwhile, it realizes the unified origin of the four fundamental interactions, and strictly meets the requirements of four-dimensional covariance, energy-momentum conservation and high-energy renormalization. This theory forms a mathematically rigorous, physically self-consistent, and quantitatively falsifiable complete theoretical framework, providing a novel research path for the unification of quantum gravity and the improvement of cosmic dynamic models.
