This paper proposes and perfects a brand-new cosmic unified framework: the monistic ontology self-iteration phenomenological theory. Based solely on two fundamental phenomenological postulates—the "single fundamental origin of chaotic field" and "self-iteration dynamics"—this theory constructs a fully self-consistent cosmic model with no external input via the core formula λ=f (λ). This paper proves that binary system, natural numbers, arithmetic operations, geometric structures and fractals can all be naturally derived from this formula. By introducing the definition of complex scalar field of chaotic field and the nonlinear bare potential function, it resolves the quantization conflict and complex evolution generation problem of the original framework. It establishes for the first time the physical representation of standing waves, and demonstrates that the physical realization of self-iteration fixed points corresponds to the low-energy vibration modes of chaotic field topological solitons: dark energy corresponds to global wave nodes, matter to local antinodes, and dark matter to transition regions. It perfectly explains microscopic particle spin, macroscopic galactic rotation, the essence of the four fundamental forces and quantum uncertainty. Finally, a phenomenological mathematical definition of consciousness is given: consciousness is a fixed point converged after infinite self-iterations of the origin variable. Compatible with both General Relativity and Quantum Mechanics, this theory provides a brand-new phenomenological perspective with mathematical rigor and physical intuition for the Theory of Everything.
