Artificial Intelligence (AI) and predictive analytics have emerged as transformative technologies in contemporary sports management, reshaping organizational strategies, athlete performance monitoring, injury prevention systems, fan engagement, and decision-making processes. The integration of machine learning, big data analytics, wearable technologies, and real-time performance tracking has revolutionized the operational framework of sports organizations across the world. This study examines the role of artificial intelligence and predictive analytics in transforming decision-making and organizational performance in sports management. The research adopts a qualitative and analytical approach based on secondary data collected from peer-reviewed journals, books, sports analytics reports, institutional publications, and digital databases. The study explores the application of AI-driven technologies in athlete scouting, tactical planning, performance optimization, sports marketing, financial management, and audience engagement. Findings reveal that predictive analytics significantly enhances strategic planning by providing data-driven insights into player performance, injury risks, training efficiency, and consumer behavior. Sports organizations increasingly utilize AI-powered systems for talent identification, match analysis, and personalized fan experiences. The study further demonstrates that data-driven decision-making improves organizational productivity, operational efficiency, and competitive sustainability. However, the increasing dependence on AI technologies also raises ethical concerns regarding data privacy, algorithmic bias, technological inequality, and the commercialization of sports. The discussion highlights that AI-driven sports management systems are transforming traditional administrative models into technologically integrated performance ecosystems. The paper concludes that artificial intelligence and predictive analytics are not merely technological tools but strategic organizational assets capable of redefining the future of sports management. To ensure sustainable and ethical implementation, sports organizations must balance technological innovation with human judgment, institutional transparency, and athlete welfare. The study contributes to contemporary sports management literature by critically examining the opportunities, challenges, and long-term implications of AI integration within the global sports industry.
