This paper redefines the observation of binary mergers not as wave propagation through a spatial medium, but as synchronous broadcasting within a causal network constrained by the Global Protocol Bandwidth (c). We propose that a binary system acts as a high-frequency data source, where intense orbital movement triggers continuous causal re-mapping of the underlying topological substrate.
