In this paper, an attempt has been made to analyze the impact of hybrid work on work-life balance among employees. Hybrid work, which combines remote and office work, has gained importance in the post-pandemic era. The study focuses on examining how hybrid work influences flexibility, productivity, stress, and job satisfaction. A quantitative research approach has been adopted using primary data collected from employees across various sectors such as IT, BFSI, education, and services. Statistical tools such as percentage analysis, independent sample t-test, and two-way ANOVA have been used for analysis. The findings reveal that hybrid work improves flexibility, productivity, and job satisfaction while also creating challenges like communication gaps and blurred work-life boundaries. The study concludes that hybrid work has a positive impact on worklife balance when supported by effective organizational policies.
