45E Pythagorean Frustum Ontology: Correcting Cognitive Errors in Modern Physics

45E serves as the Universal Map, Strategy Guide, and Solution Outline of the Pythagorean Frustum Unified System (PFUS–PFUSR). Based on the geometric uniqueness of the 45° coaxial double-cone frustum as the cosmic primordial ontology, this paper takes the ontological reconstruction of zero and the rigorous derivation of the cosmic intrinsic scale constant π₁=12/11 as its foundational logical pillars.
