This paper presents Self-Referential Value Dynamics (SRVD) v7. 2, an information-energy-time statistical framework that quantifies the persistence of information structures in finite free-energy fields. Building upon the hallmark formula V = I·T/E, we introduce a complete four-fold recursive architecture (I-recursion, V-recursion, E-recursion, and T-recursion) and an I-V coupling closed loop, providing a dynamical operational definition for the emergence of consciousness. To accommodate diverse ecological niches, a generalized elasticity form V ∝ I^α·T^β/E^γ is established alongside its first-order approximation conditions. Furthermore, construction cost is thermodynamically repositioned as prepaid negentropy, yielding the Structural Leverage (L) metric and the mechanism of structural information debt. Additionally, this revision refines core variable definitions, resolves the Type/Token conflation in the Information Niche Degradation Hypothesis, and formalizes five candidate extended variables alongside two implicit meta-parameters (Observation Scale S and Decoder Quality Q). Finally, we systematically delineate the theoretical boundaries between SRVD and Shannon Information Theory, the Free Energy Principle, Integrated Information Theory, and Dissipative Structures Theory. Eight falsifiable predictions are proposed, and the normative neutrality and ethical boundaries of the framework are strictly reaffirmed.
