The world today is witnessing a tremendous development in the means of technological communication, as it has become referred to as the “technological revolution “ era because of the speed at, which scientific and technological advancement affects every facet of life, as this technological revolution was the reason behind the emergence of the crime of electronic terrorism (digital terrorism), which we seek in this study to explore and identify the features of this crime and international treatments for it, especially after the increase in the spread of this terrorist phenomenon in recent times, as it targets, breach of security and public order in the international community, as this crime represents the most serious type of serious crimes committed through the Internet, through the use of electronic means, information networks and social media, to achieve their criminal goals and to spread their ideas, as well as used to recruit new terrorist elements, collect donations and sometimes develop plans.We cannot fail to note that the crime of cyberterrorism has become the biggest concern for many countries, especially those that rely on information technology primarily in managing their administrative, security and economic interests, if this technology becomes a dangerous weapon in the hands of terrorist groups that use it in several aspects, and in light of the difficulty of combating cybercrime except by strengthening security, technical and judicial cooperation efforts between countries, which called for countries to sign several agreements to confront the danger of this crime,
