Abstract

This paper presents Version 1. 2 of the theoretical framework: "The Non-Singular Singularity. " It introduces the t = ∞Time Ocean Model, an information-ontology approach that redefines gravitational singularities not as points of divergence, but as the Zero-Entropy Interface (ZEI). The ZEI acts as a topological phase-transition boundary where classical geometric descriptions cease, and information conversion dominates. By replacing mathematical singularities with finite informational rectification, this model resolves longstanding divergence problems in General Relativity and provides a self-consistent explanation for: JWST Anomalies: The existence of early mature galaxies at high redshifts (z > 10). SLABs: The formation mechanisms of Stupendously Large Black Holes (e. g. , Phoenix A*). The Information Paradox: Preserving unitarity through a functional information cycling mechanism.
