Employing soft power in Indian strategy after 2014

India is no longer a middle-level country in the world, especially with the beginning of the third decade of the twenty-first century and the potential it possesses in terms of population power that rivals the Chinese human power, and precedes that, and its possession of nuclear weapons, and its large geographical area, and almost complete connection to the sea, and its location between a series of hostile countries, China and Pakistan, and its membership in many organizations. Regional and international organizations, such as BRICS, the G20, and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, all of this increased the Indian government’s alertness, prompting it to raise its level by employing the elements and tools of its soft power to become an effective international pole.India was among the countries that succeeded in shaping its movement at the international political level, By employing its distinctive soft power in its strategy, especially after 2014, to expand in various strategic environments as a kind of strategic competition to other powers competing with it in its regional strategic environment and to prove its presence as effective forces in the global strategic environment.
