Cosmic Time as Atomic Field Accumulation: Phase 8 of the Unified Loop Framework

This paper extends the Unified Loop Framework into the temporal domain, identifying five physically distinct time-saving mechanisms that operate within the framework's atomic figure-8 architecture: void neutrality, black-hole cumulative accumulation, dipole-wind amplification, slow-leak emission asymmetry, and light-travel kinematic delay. Combined with extensions for emergent gravity-like attraction, dormant-matter reactivation, temperature-rate reframing, and a natural derivation of the cosmic dark-to-visible mass ratio (4.30 from the framework's brake + three-sector primitives, vs observed ~5), the paper presents 23 verified claims and 8 falsifiable predictions, including a distinctive prediction that the Andromeda–Milky Way encounter will proceed via continuous matter exchange rather than catastrophic collision. Four contemporary 2026 observations (STAR Collaboration, Naidu et al., Gallardo et al., plus Donadi et al. 2020) are cited as supporting context.
