This paper serves as the in-depth expansion, formalization, and physical substantiation of the 33rd paper in the PFUSR system. Based on the 45° coaxial double-cone geometric framework, this research focuses on the systematic refinement of the core mechanism, and formally establishes the coupling-interface adaptive valve model as the second-generation core dynamic model in the PFUSR system. It defines the core physical entity as β₁-driven topological through-flow, clarifies the adaptive regulation principles, and rigorously demonstrates the inevitability of the model’s existence. This model unifies global certainty and local uncertainty, reinterprets the essence of quantum uncertainty as an apparent phenomenon of cosmic structural self-stabilization, and features a clear physical picture, complete logical closed-loop, and full compliance with modern physical norms. It provides a unified and self-consistent theoretical framework for cosmic self-stabilization and dimensional coupling balance.
