Many legislations have adopted the civil lawsuit management system in an attempt to organize the judicial system and make it more advanced and harmonious with the reality of life. It is a judicial system that aims to have early control over the lawsuit file by placing it under the supervision of a specialized judge who follows up on all the procedures of the lawsuit without deciding on its subject matter, and seeks to resolve the dispute through alternative methods to litigation. The research methodology is based on the analytical approach, which is based on analyzing the texts of various laws and jurisprudential opinions, and the comparative approach to civil procedure laws such as the Jordanian Civil Procedure Law No. (24) of 1988 and its amendments, the UAE Federal Civil Procedure Law No. (42) of 2022, and the Economic Courts Law. Egyptian Law No. (120) of 2008 regarding the issuance of the law establishing economic courts, amended by Law No. (146) of 2019, and the French Civil Procedure Law No. (1123) of 1975, as amended, in force, with reference to other laws whenever study requires that. In addition to the applied approach based on presenting judicial decisions.
