Abstract

Version v2. 0. 0. Technical pre-paper / timestamp record. This record is v2. 0. 0 of the GCV growth-sector concept. It upgrades the earlier growth-sector observational target record from a survey-facing target note to a production-law and retained-source activation record. The only lawful IR landing in scope is the GR-exact landed branch of GCV. On that landed branch, late-time geometry is the flux-fixed GR+Lambda baseline once Lambdaₑff is fixed. The present record studies the retained Route-B / CFI Sec. 6. 2 visible source sector imported from UV v1. 2. 0. Within that retained sector, the visible source projection activates the vacuum-subtracted Route-B portal and gives a positive rank-clock growth response. The record uses the d-dictionary timestamped in the Bounded Geometry Transients / SourceClock v3. 0. 0 record. In particular, the rank diagnostic dLambda, mean = K nₑff² / L = 1968*317/3332 = 187. 231692677. . . is used as the mean-unity residual-Lambda reference for the growth production law. The public production law is: epsilonGᵖrod (d) = OmegaLambda (1;d) * 0. 0440123 * d/192, with d in 178, 206. The resulting survey-facing signal is a small positive perturbation-sector growth response on fixed GR+Lambda geometry. This is the GCV growth-sector statement: geometry remains Lambda-like while the retained visible perturbation sector develops a small coherent rank-clock response.
