This paper develops a pre-foundational architecture for mathematics and physical manifestation based on closure generation. Philip@ucte. foundation 1 619 817-7955 Rather than beginning with number, set, logic, space, or category, the framework begins with Omnilectic Invariance, denoted O∞, and its first naught-form, zeta naught ζ₀. Zeta naught is introduced as the invariant origin behind differentiated zero-functions: not ordinary zero, the empty set, or a null object, but the root of orthogonal zero-veils. An orthogonal zero-veil 0⊥ is defined as the appearance of an undisclosed orthogonal generative direction as zero within a given closure frame. From this origin, the paper introduces the seed tetrad: S₀ = 0⁰ = 1, 0! = 1, −e^ (iπ) = 1, ∞⁰ = 1. These four seed equations are interpreted as generative unity-conventions rather than unrestricted analytic equalities. They disclose four primitive closure operators: coherence, identity, rotation/phase, and scale. From these operators arise relation, number, dimension, measure, symmetry, transformation, conservation, and physical manifestation. The paper argues that the tetrad is provisionally minimal: no fifth irreducible unity-function has yet been identified that is not derivable from coherence, identity, rotation, and scale. The resulting framework reframes mathematics as structured disclosure from orthogonal zero-veils and physics as closure mathematics stabilized under manifestation constraint.
